3 Fun Facts

1. Before shutdown I was a group exercise instructor and taught indoor cycling and BodyPump at my local Y. I am anxious to get back to the gym
2. I love cooking for my family and like to experiment with new recipes and cooking techniques.
  3. I have a frog pond. It started out as a fish pond, but now we only have frogs. I get a kick out of their “singing” and splashing.

West Chester Food Cupboard
Applied Controls Inc had the opportunity to bag and donate 2 pounds of pretzels to Safe Harbor and the Food Cupboard in West Chester, Pa this month.

The West Chester Food Cupboard commits to provide a variety of fresh and nonperishable healthy food items to West Chester residents in need…because no one should go hungry!

Safe Harbor
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Applied Controls delivered boxed dinners this month to Safe Harbor instead of serving. We are all in this together.
