- If you could change one thing about Applied what would it be?
That is a difficult question because I am so proud of what we have accomplished over the years. Possibly to give more of our employees the opportunity, especially time to continue their education for career growth.
- When it comes to Applied, what are you most proud of?
Successfully transitioning the company into an employee owned company from my brother and my ownership.
- How do you spend your day?
Mostly participating in manager and leadership development conversations and less hands on managing the business. This is a major change from being hands on every day.
- What do you do when you’re not at work?
Until the Covid-19 pandemic I enjoyed doing yard work, golfing, going to Flyers, Phillies, or Eagles games, spending time with my kids and grandkids at our Chester Springs, Pa home or at our Ocean City, NJ home, and physical training. Now it seems to be a lot of yard work!
